Cardio Tennis
Cardio tennis is the perfect mix of high-intensity cardio workouts and fun tennis drills - all set to a high-energy soundtrack. It is suitable for all ages and abilities - from beginner to professional. Your coach will take you through a range of drills, games & activities that are catered for your skill and fitness level, so everyone is guaranteed to have a good time.

If you’re looking to keep fit and hit some balls in a fun and social setting, then come on down and try out our Cardio Tennis program.

Drop in sessions are currently run at,
Innaloo Sportsmen Complex on:
Monday nights 6pm - 7pm
Carine Open Space on:
Monday mornings 9:15am - 10:15am
Bring along $20 to any drop in session, otherwise you can purchase a 10-pack for $170 here.
*Can be used at Carine or Innaloo, Valid for 12 months*
You can form your own group (3 players minimum) and request a day/time that suits you.
Beginner-Intermediate Class
This program suits beginner to intermediate level.
These lessons are perfect for those just starting or getting back into the game after a break.
The program focuses on getting the basics right and developing solid and reliable strokes to get you playing (or back playing) the game as quickly as possible.
Maximum of 4 per group to ensure you get the most out of each session.
