TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

Payments / Fees 

Fees are due in full prior to the commencement of term, and are paid online with registration.Private lessons are to be paid at the time of lesson, unless a block has been paid for upfront. Block payments must be paid upfront, in order to receive the discounted price. 

 

Payment is to be received via our online system or through direct bank transfer to the following details: 

• Account Name: Allstar Tennis 

• BSB: 944600 

• Account Number: 000763144. 

• Description: Child’s name.

Please note no refunds are given, however credit notes may be granted for certain circumstances when over 24 hours notice is provided (e.g. injury or severe illness with Doctors certificate). Private lessons are to be paid at the time of lesson, unless a block has been paid for upfront. Block payments must be paid upfront, in order to receive the discounted price.

Supervision Of Players

Coaches are not responsible for supervising children outside of lesson time. Please ensure you arrive on time to collect your child/family member from their lesson. 

 

Cancellation Of Private Lessons

Cancellations of a private lesson less than 24 hours prior to the lesson start time will incur a cancellation fee.

Second Class Discount 

Please contact us for a discount code for your second class when booking online.

Make Up Sessions 

It is important to us that you have every opportunity to complete your allocated block number of lessons (e.g. 8 sessions per term) that you have paid for, however this must be done within the current school term. If a class is missed due to illness, school camp or some other clash, please come to a makeup class within that school term. Please note that fees or classes cannot be transferred across terms.  unless special circumstances arise.

Wet Weather Policy 

Classes may be cancelled in the event of rain/extreme heat. Please text or call 0410 909 822 on the day to find out arrangements if necessary. We never cancel until 1-2 hrs prior to classes, however if we do cancel the afternoon an SMS will be sent out to confirm. Make up classes will be arranged in this event.

Public Holidays

Lessons will not take place on public holidays.

Photography & Video Images 

In registering with AllStar Tennis West Coast,  you acknowledge and agree that we may film  and use photography during programs, lessons and events for marketing and promotion purposes. This is done without compensation or notice. Images may be used on our website, social media and other promotional material. Please advise us if you would like to opt out.
